Q: What do the terms FOB shipping point/FOB origin and FCA shipping point mean?
A: FOB shipping point or FOB origin is used for domestic shipments and indicates that the buyer pays shipping costs and takes responsibility for the goods when the goods leave the seller’s premises. FCA is the term used for international shipments. It means the seller hands the goods over to buyer’s designated carrier (pre-cleared for export) at the seller’s premises. Cost and risk change from buyer to seller as soon as the goods are accepted and signed for by the buyer’s designated carrier.

A: Yes, we use FedEx. For International customers, we do have alternative shipping companies if we can not ship with FedEx. Contact us for more details.
