Custom Cell Banks
When your research requires cell lines, ABI can use your provided cell line to grow high-quality cell seed stocks and create Master or Working Cell Banks (MCB or WCB).
Since Quality Control (QC) testing is a critical part of ABI’s production process, sterility testing, Mycoplasma testing, and a viable cell count is performed on every custom cell culture product. In addition, the following QC assays are available:
- Thin Sectioning Electron Microscopy (EM)
- Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA)
- PCR
Because each custom product is unique, production times vary according to custom product specifications. Please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks for us to create your custom cell culture.
Custom cell culture products require a minimum order of 50 1.0 mL vials at 107 cells/mL.
