HIV-1 IIIB Strain gp160 env Purified Native Glycoprotein
Product Description: Soluble native gp160 from HIV-1IIIB infected H9 cells. This oligomeric, fully glycosylated native viral protein is isolated from conditioned cell culture medium inactivated with 0.5% Triton X-100 and purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using a mouse monoclonal antibody to HIV-1 gp41.

Presentation: Purified native glycoprotein, gp160 of HIV-1IIIB, is supplied in PBS and is typically oligomeric.
Purity: 95% pure as estimated by analysis of Coomassie blue stained SDS- PAGE.
Functional Activity: Immunoreactive in ELISA1 and Western blot using HIV-1 antibody positive human sera. For ELISA, 10-100 ng protein and for Western bot, 100ng - 2 ?g protein is recommended depending on the nature and affinity of the detection reagent.
