Product Description: This conformationally intact, fully glycosylated viral protein is purified by immunoaffinity column chromatography and reverse phase HPLC from 0.5% Triton X-100 inactivated, concentrated, conditioned medium of HUT78 (clone 6D5) cells chronically-infected with the HIV-1IIIB isolate.
