General Ordering Information

Creating Your Organization's Account

All new customers must complete an Account Record form before receiving their first order. This ensures that we know who to contact for billing, product changes, etc., as well as establish credit for your account.

Order Instructions

To speed up order processing, please complete and print our Order Form. You can fill it out on your computer before printing. The form has a checklist to ensure we get all the information we need to process your order quickly and accurately.

If you do not use our order form, please be sure that you indicate the following on your purchase order:

• Payment terms: Net 30 days or less (for customers ordering on their account) or credit card information
• Shipping: "FOB Shipping Point" for customers within the USA or "FCA Shipping Point" for customers outside of the USA. Shipping can be billed to you on our invoice or we can bill it to your FedEx account if your account number is included.
• Product Information: to reduce errors, product description must match the description given on the website. Correct pricing must also be indicated, which may be obtained by calling customer service at 800-426-0764, option 4. Verbal quotes are subject to change, but are accurate on the day given.

If you are ordering any biohazardous items, be sure to complete an Acceptance of Responsibility form if we do not have one on file for you already.

International Customers

For shipments outside of the U.S.A., please see our list of international distributors. If a distributor is not available in your region, please contact us directly.

Shipments

Unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer, shipments within the USA are shipped FOB Shipping Point on Monday through Thursday using FedEx Express Priority or Standard Overnight. International shipments are made FCA Shipping Point (Incoterms 2000) on Friday or Monday, and the carrier depends on the destination country.

Payment

When your account is created, we will determine if you are eligible for payment on invoice with terms of Net 30. We also accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Volume Discounts

Many of our products are available with discounts for purchased quantities of ten or more. Please inquire for details.
